Zander Homes is “Building a Reputation of Excellence,” Not just homes…

Zander Homes started to enter state and local awards a few short years ago, as they kept hearing from peers and customers how these various awards would help to solidify our work with consumer reliability and confidence.  Since that time in 2014 to now, we have collected over 30-various awards and recognitions in the home building industry.

In 2014 we entered in a just a few categories for the Star Awards as well as the Prism Awards.  First was the (TAB) Texas Association of Builder’s Star Awards, which is a Statewide tribute to excellence in home building industry.  Then followed was the (GHBA) Greater Houston Builders Association’s Prism Awards.  The prism awards have been recognizing Houston’s best home builders for over 30-years.  These two avenues for our State & Local home building associations as well as awards recognitions have grown in its reach, depth and prestige with everyone in residential real estate.  Not only are they collectively members/arms of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), but it is a way to showcase a companies viability versus their peers & competitors alike.

Houston.  While there used to be a state mandate to become a registered home builder at one time, for various reasons that was abolished by our statehouse.  At Zander Homes it’s important for us to not only be apart of our 3-branches of our homebuilding industry, but to work along side and to partake in various events in our industry.  This not only helps keep us strong at all the various requirements, codes, laws and other – but it will ensure that we are going above a minimum requirement as to show our past, current and future customers that we are committed to excellence in our industry.

While there are many great home builders throughout Texas who may never enter into any of these awards, we recognize that over the past few years that we have worked with many amazing people from our homeowners, designers, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers and others that all have a part in making this happen.  While we don’t believe we are better or worse than anyone else for our recognitions, we are fortunate to have worked with various amazing people as well as being recognized by our peers in our industry.
