Good news for the local Housing Market in Houston, Sugarland, Woodlands surrounding areas. The latest report from Realtors.com just released the Top 10 Hot Housing Markets to Watch in 2015. Houston was listed #5, while Dallas was #2. Not only is this good for our local market – but its good to see some of the traditional gastrointestinal markets come back as well as newer housing markets emerging once again. We are truly blessed to be in such a great city “Houston” and state of Texas with good market economies.
